My husband Gregory with a Fu (Foo) Dog in Seattle's Chinatown (International District). Found some great things at Uwajimaya (including the "new style" red envelopes made of red silk from Taiwan).
While is Seattle had a fabulous stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel and we both had delicious treatments at the Vida Wellness Spa acorss the courtyard (here's a photo of the waiting room balanced with all five elements). Mmm!
And our new favorite restaurant in Seattle has to be Long Provincial where we had the best Vietnamese food ever (make sure you have the banana blossom salad). Some intriguing decor with live jellyfish, carved furniture and banana palms.
Lastly, you've heard me speak about reflexology as a wonderful way to adjust your chi. If you love foot massages as much as we do, then go see Nana at Ummelina Day Spa who is a magnificent healer from a lineage of herbalists in Ghana.
