Those of you who read my Feng Shui articles or have had a consultation or class with me, know that I often speak of "chi cultivation"--purposefully and continually raising our energy to keep life-force flowing through our bodies. A wonderful way to do this is to receive body work or healing treatments.
I had the great fortune of visiting Aequis Spa this month (and just called to make another reservation!) and received an incredible massage preceded by an aromatherapy salt scub and soak. It was a perfect antidote to a tremendous amount of Yang Chi (that comes with the season of summer and the element of fire) with some much-needed Yin Chi (dark quiet room, deep rest).
In spite of the need for some Feng Shui adjustments, it's still a very beautiful environment with a most-stunning carved Kuan Yin.
Hope you can go!
